European Workforce Challenges
An abundance of diverse cultures can be found within Europe’s consolidated geographic area. While most Europeans are culturally fluid and aware of their own cultural identity, FDP Global engages leaders in multifaceted conversations about the layers of identity, particularly around gender and race.
Beginning with gender issues, our work culminates with rich conversation on ethnic and racial discrimination in Europe — particularly with the influx of migrants. This way we can create opportunities for teams to see themselves connected to such issues, bringing systemic understanding.
Cognizant of our roots as a U.S.-based company, FDP Global works to understand issues from the local perspective and avoids Americanizing or projecting issues.
