The Sports Business Journal's ALL IN 2023

Sports Business Journal launched ALL IN in 2021 to elevate and amplify the sports industry’s conversations about diversity, equity and inclusion with a goal of actuating change. It is SBJ’s first and only year-long franchise with multiple programming iterations designed to open minds and open doors.

ALL IN has featured high-profile speakers such as the Pittsburgh Steelers Art Rooney, II; Oris Stuart, Chief People and Inclusion Officer of the NBA; Johnita Due, Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer with CNN, Turner Sports and Bleacher Report; Sola Winley, EVP and Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at the MLS; and Nic Barlage, CEO of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Rock Entertainment Group.

ALL IN content is curated for leaders and professionals charged with organizational strategy, change management, human resources, workplace culture and anyone committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive industry. Programming is inspirational, motivational and most importantly, tactical in nature.

This year, WMFDP | FDP Global co-founder Michael Welp will be joining sports industry leaders to continue the discussion on white male leaders’ roles in diversity, equity and inclusion.

Last year, WMFDP | FDP Global co-founder Bill Proudman joined Denver Broncos VP Diversity, Equity and Inclusion China Jude in discussing why and how White men need to get off the sidelines and into the game when it comes to genuine DEI work: Watch ALL IN’s most-viewed video on The [White Male] Elephant in the Room.
