For nearly 30 years, WMFDP has stood for one of the boldest, and most misunderstood, ideas in corporate America: White men, often the most senior and overrepresented group in leadership, have a distinct role in building workplaces where people, teams, and ideas thrive. We’ve walked alongside thousands of leaders in the discovery of inclusive leadership, teaching skills for partnership, humility, and trust.
