Substitution

Participants may substitute another person from their organization at any time prior to the start of a Summit without penalty.

Cancellation & Postponement

Participants who cancel or postpone 61 days or more prior to the start of a Summit, without substitution, are eligible for a refund after the deduction of a $200 administrative fee. WMFDP will issue a credit card refund or if you prefer, apply the balance to a future Learning Lab, if it occurs within six months of original Summit date.

Participants who cancel or postpone for any reason, without substitution, 31–60 days prior to the start of the Summit are eligible for a partial refund after the deduction of a $600 cancellation fee. WMFDP will issue a credit card refund, or if preferred, the remaining balance may be applied to a future learning lab, if it occurs within six months of original Summit date.

Participants who cancel or postpone for any reason, without substitution, 30 days or less before the start of a Summit will forfeit 100% of fees for the Summit.

If WMFDP has to cancel the Summit for any reason, the client or organization will receive a full refund.
